I imagine in 2019 one will see the reality of a normalized year in real estate.

I can't imagine the investor would want to put any restrictions on rentals as they will want to rent out their units to generate income.

Hello Investors,I'm working on doing my first rehab on a property but I'm having trouble with the imagination and creativity to rehabbing the property into a beautiful rental.

As you can imagine, it is an awesome opportunity for me to binge read countless books and listen to an insane amount of podcasts in a very short amount of time, relatively speaking (8-10 hours a day can really knock out a good chunk of if not an entire book, perhaps two).

Since we both spoke on the phone the other day, I can't imagine someone hanging up with your kind voice and sincerity. 

If so, after month 1 you owe $ 194,500, then after month 2 you owe $ 194,000...... imagine what you would owe after 3 years ?  

The price is hard to beat and the course material I would imagine is the same as any other.

I have family there who recently showed me water pouring through the basement wall of their house, literally shooting out like there was a hole drilled through the brick!

If these crooks are doing it to me, can you imagine who else they are doing it to?

I'd imagine you could get something there that cash flows.
