Got back to the tenant's apartment and turned out to be the wrong size.

I have 6 properties which got hit by the storm in Houston.

It was convenient for him because asking price was below market value and the home had a basement apartment, which he rented out after purchasing.

I visited 6 apartment complexes this week across two Midwest metro area and saw only one EV, which was owned by the regional manager, not a resident.  

Currently, I am focusing on getting into the multifamily/commercial apartment space but I wouldn't turn down a good fix and flip. 

Can Only a PART of paid OPTION Consideration Funds be NON Taxable ?

I’m 25 years old and new Real Estate Agent in the Los Angeles area.Before becoming an agent I’ve always had a long term goal of being a landlord, whether it be through a family home or an apartment building.

So in that respect it is a good option, and location is also very good.These are all studio apartments with a living area of 392 SF (not too bad from Waikiki standard), however the price in this building has already gone much higher over the past few year.

Talk to some professional property managers in your area and see if they have a part-time position available.
