My fix and flip has recently been broken into and they stole from the property I was wondering what security measures do experienced flippers use to keep burglary from happening?

And you flip one and make 30k and then you hold the second one and throw that 30k into a deal that you picked up for 150k. 

When you tell your friends you are a real estate investor, they want to hear you are investing in flips and cool multifamily properties.

I would suggest finding an investor friendly contractor who understands the difference of the scope between a flip and a rental and preferably is an investor themselves.
