My parents have met them but I have yet to see them in person, because I'm always stuck at work during the time they came to see the apartment...They actually came twice to see the apartment...Its 4 adults, a husband and wife with their two parents. the first time they came only two out of 4 showed up (dad and her daughter), the daughter's husband and mom didn't show...I was not there or else I would had ask them or ask the agent why only two showed up...My parents barely speaks English so they will not be able to ask them.

Apparently he hired someone who can't speak English well to rewire the laundry equipment and now some of it isn't working. 

There's also less people who speak English which makes some expats uncomfortable.

So some terms you guys use..will be more helpful to explain things all in english without using terms for familiar investors 

while we all charge fee's the scammers ask for fee's up front.. give you terms that are too good to be true and generally their websites have poor english or were written by someone who is not in the industry and uses terms and phrases real lenders would never use but rookie borrowers dont know the difference.

These are first generation immigrants in their 50's who understand a little and speak even less english.
