Hi, my wife and I are looking to relocate to the Crystal River area of Florida in the next few months.

I don't have a crystal ball about what will happen in Santa Clara county or SF.. or the peninsula but I do see it much like my original thoughts of Europe way back when in that homes would get passed down to the generations because the new generations are going to have a hard time buying in..

But I lost my crystal ball.Thoughts?

Can anyone tell me what they are getting for section 8 rent in citrus county more specifically crystal river Florida ?? 

To be crystal clear here- I am not interested in getting away with fraud, I am interested in becoming educated on real estate investments of all kinds.  

@Chase CannonThe first thing I would do is come up with your crystal clear criteria, build a team (PM/GC/Lender/Agent), and have them start funneling your deals.

Unless you have a crystal ball you won't be able to predict the time, but you can put yourself in the right place by getting as close to the industry as possible via networking and some of the other things mentioned above.

Additionally, with this type of tenant, you must make it crystal clear that they are not permitted to do any work of any sort on the property ever, no building, no painting, no changing of anything.
