Communication to the island has been a challenge as well getting in touch with other necessary moving parts on the island such as the notary, Kadaster, as well the previous buyers.

Was there any communication from this druggie tenant that confirms their claim of contacting the owner about any leak? 

I know there's much more to it than that (relationship building, vendor and borrower communication, etc.) but I feel like this area plays more to what I know and what I love doing.
