Then for the first time or 2 I'd recommend partnering up with a seasoned investor.

I have personally experienced the AC freezing up in the past, but to be fair, the furnace was a lot older at the time and had a few issues with the fan.

Could be somewhat hard to command respect from someone much older when you are much younger.

An older company is considered more trustworthy credit wise than a new company.

that an older generation spends years accumulating real estate, they pass away....and then the next generation just sells all of it immediately since they don't want to deal with it.

My challenge is that its hard to find deals with a strong cash flow in MA due to high property prices and I am not seasoned enough (and brave enough) to start out with an out of state deal or an in-state property that would need major fixing.
