I have tried multiple sources, but FB market place seems to get the most traction, even though there are a lot of trash leads on there.

Paint is fine to use, but in a high traffic area that is going to get extra wear and outside weather from foot traffic you have to consider traction to avoid slip and fall liability.

I didn't get much traction from my post, so I decided go for my real estate license.

We have found that is gets really slippery when wet, so we laid down asphalt shingle for more traction.

Don't waste a ton of time posting there over doing real work but you can try to get friends/followers to get some traction and you can at least post the above website on there at least.By the way I applaud your ambition and having a set time frame for your goal of getting your first deal done, I will caution you to not be unrealistic.

We have gotten some traction and feel pretty good about it as it has some huge potential and the ability to be about a 15% return which is acceptable by most investors we've encountered in LA.

What's more, right now there are more buyers than inventory so any alternative resource is going to get traction when the primary one can't deliver the goods. 

He has gotten great traction in a short period of time.
