I am big sports fan.

This sort of family dynamic allows you, the hunter, to stick w/ your strengths as a provider and allows your wife to stick w her strengths, nurturing and raising children (don't get me wrong, parenting is a team sport).  

However, sometimes home buyers try to treat this like they are buying a car and want to negotiate for sport.

I may be a little late as I have a child with sports practice until about 7:15.

Look at all of the successful people here and around the sports or business worlds and you can bet just about every person had enough belief to bet on themselves that they'd be able to get where they wanted to go.

You may be a good bettor.  

This is what I limit: Watching sports, watching news, watching TV reading newspapers.

Pilots and aircrew members, traveling nurses, business people that are in town seeing clients in your local area; people attending various conventions, concerts, and or sports events?

Think about a theme that will make your home special--it could be decor from a specific decade, a sport or a type of region (Beach House, Countryside, etc.).

So you still need to go out to a pancake breakfast at the local Lions club, attend local high school sporting events, Steak dinner at the VFW, attend a play that the local drama club puts on etc.
