Not sure what you're reading into it which wasn't in the earlier post.This structure is intended for asset protection against liability in a litigious, lawsuit-happy society where people think they can make a living taking other peoples' assets through frivolous and/or fraudulent litigation.If you think you can "easily circumvent" such a structure within the limits of the law, by all means get in touch my group's tax and legal expert and his law firm.

The bottom line is that the primary value of getting permits is that it is a CYA in a big brother society where the government claims to be protecting us but does a poor job of the protection and still makes an attempt at enforcement.
