I honestly didn't even get to thought of how at least 50% of agent's are probably in a corner crying right now wondering what they will do, or calling Starbucks to see if they can get there job back, lol.

Hello BP Community, I'm getting ready to start investing in Section 8 rental properties in the Detroit MI area and am searching for an attorney to help develop my business structure before purchasing my first few homes this year. 

There are definatly some bad contractors out there , jut like any other business , car dealers , flippers who cut corners , mechanics , etc .

Once we closed on the property, we got the documents from state about his section 8 voucher.

I have never rented to a tenant with a section 8 voucher before.
