We plan to resume being Airbnb hosts with this house until we move on to the next BRRRR house in a year or so.

If the property owner refinances the property, the first lien holder would need to either pay you off or get you to sign a "subordination agreement" to allow them to resume their first lien position.

Tenants will remove violations once we give them notice then resume after the inspection, but that is the game that is played.
