Cleaning out the property - the designated next-of-kin and executor will be responsible for removing and dispersing the deceased tenant’s belongings before the lease period is over.Unfortunately, it does look like this can be a long process and patience will be needed as you will be dealing with an estate.

Unfortunatley there is no easy solution, this basement is just past its useful life.The only real solution here is to suspend the house on steel beams and then remove the basement from underneeth.

I should be able to qualify for a DSCR loan or conventional loan, but I see down the road that this could affect my DTI and make it difficult for me to get more mortgages in the future.I understand I could use a conventional investment loan and my parents could co-sign the loan to give me better terms, but does this remove the loan from my DTI?
