Your best option is the BRRRRR strategy so you can ultimately get that down payment back for another deal.If you're buying turnkey and not value-add then the down payment will unfortunately be stuck tied up in the deal.Value-add is hands down the best way to recycle capital and scale otherwise you'll be stuck when initial funds run out.
