I am a local agent, property manager, investor, and house hacker in SLC area.

If you can get a big 4-5 BR house with a view for a under a million bucks, i'm pretty confident you can cash flow it with a good return, even in a 6%-7% interest rate environment. 

There is no housing market in US where real estate can out perform stocks.

We built a new house 3100sqft, 4 Bed, 2 ½ bath for $310,000.

Of the many strategies I've looked into, House-hacking and short-term rentals piqued my interests. 

Honestly, why would anyone do that when the median house price of NYC is almost 1 million.

I'm waiting because I still haven't owned my house for 6 months.
