I know things are different all across the country and back east you rely much more on attorney closings etc.. but out our way attorneys do not your not going to sue for a right of way .. as there are is not a necessity ( IE You have street access) and you have not been paying the tax's I doubt.

In this book, the main theme that is driven into the reader’s consciousness is the necessity of Living Beyond one’s means.

Inflation will not stay as is forever and knowing this, having capital reserves to weather the storm is a necessity to stay afloat at times.

A good healthy forrest nearby will also be a necessity as you can actually survive by eating nothing but leaves and plants (polk salad anybody?).

We've let politicians brand waste as a necessity.

In a depression people still need housing but will sell off or trade the items in storage to generate basic necessities and eliminate the expense when that expense is the difference between eating or not.

Ultimately life's necessities came first and everything else was on delay, until eventual it was "oh well ill pay it off later when I'm doing good again".

A big reason I have been trying to learn as much about real estate as fast as possible is out of necessity to work out a family situation (will put more info in a separate post to get some feedback).
