Larger government laws overrule smaller ones.Anyway, this page from the Ohio bar says you can put it in the tenant's name: https://www.ohiobar.org/forpublic/resources/lawfac...It's sounding like "keep the water in the owner's name" is common practice people think is actually required.Edit: I'm obviously not giving anyone legal advice, I'm just an accountant raised by lawyers, so I'm persnickety about this stuff.

I'd look at properties that would work well for "entire space" listings - close to sites and attractions, safe area, bars/restaurants nearby, etc.I expect once our AirBNB listing becomes more seasoned, we'll be clearing our mortgage by well over $1,000/mth - providing more cash to fund future real estate deals.

My leverage on it will be extremely minimal; one years' income would currently cover 4 years of carrying costs, and barring something like an atom bomb, I see no reason I wouldn't go into year 7 with at least 2 years income stashed.Since this isn't my "bread and butter" type of work, I just don't have the years under my belt of following the industrial market here.
