I don't think we will ever mandate that a user enter their location, but I do think that they do themselves a disservice by holding back on that information as well as the other info that we ask for in a user profile.The more complete a profile, the better your opportunities, and the more likely people who are looking for someone like you will be to find and do business with you.

It could work like this, a syllabus is created incorporating all the best practices of, say, a property manager so that when the course of study is completed the newly BP-certified property manager understands and employs all the best practices (mandating automatic rent payments and providing monthly e-mail updates, for example).  

biggest issue is finding the darn thing within each different county website - too bad the counties arent mandated to follow the same format.  

I'm not entirely sure, but I have heard there is a new Illinois state law that mandates you'll need a realtor's license to assign a real estate contract in Illinois, unless you actually buy the property.

There are other ways to do that so selling it is not mandated in this scenario.  

Does the property manager living *onsite* mandate that they must have a W-2 ? 

It's a court-mandated form and is required by the PR (Personal Representative) to sell the estate property.The other two required documents for the PR to possess is the Petition for Probate and Order for Probate.

Not knowing the age of your bldg, but ours being circa 1970's required us to replace a lot of poorly installed windows over time & in so doing had to add the mandated upper floor egress windows.

Most my loans are for 1 year and some are mandated I pay off at close of escrow on flip house.
