Buy an RV to use for short term rental and have the flexibility of moving it around to the locations that command the highest rates.Seems like a relatively cheap way to get into the game, but obviously has some logistical challenges.What do you think?

I think this is a little higher than some, but I know she argues that her services are worth it because she doesn't charge a minimum, handles all logistics, all communication, knows the local laws/taxes and does on-site checks.

I think You are right, OOS has its own logistical challenges bu as I have connections all over the east coast I will be trying to lean on them more to see what can come of it.

Technically, you can do what you're asking, but logistically it will likely be too much work.

While this was a value add for us as we focused on the logistics of our cross country move, if you have the time to dedicate to a listing, I believe that's the way to go! 

I don't quite understand all the logistics; I know everything is relatively dependent on which state you live in (Arizona, btw).
