Many of the city’s problems are interwoven; poverty, homelessness, and drug addiction are likely drivers of the property damage crimes that we experience at significantly higher rates than other comparable cities.

I spent a year researching the HUD and MLS and Zillow listings all over Tampa area and paid All Cash to Close in 30 days when I found my ideal Townhome in a quiet, safe, place 16 miles East of Tampa to get away from the Crime and Homeless and Traffic in Tampa.

I was really pleased with what I saw there.. very clean  no homeless no druggies no sleeping in door ways ( all things that have affected the once beautiful Portland downtown).. of course when U get a few blocks into the neighborhoods  its very block to block.I am been funding there now for almost 3 years.. wholesale values have doubled and many of my clients doing BRRR  the appraisals are coming in high 100s to low 200s with very strong rents.

It’s kinda stupid but I don’t think your legally allowed to live in an RV on your property but if it’s registered they can’t stop you from parking it on the street and a few homeless are already living out of them on the street so could be workable if your desperate.

They are playing on your emotions and fear of having to find another tenants....Run this like a business.....not a homeless shelter....... start the EVICTION NOW......

Redlands does have a bit of a growing homeless problem.

A lot of CSL clients come from homelessness and it was clear they weren't used to living inside of a home.

People who install solar panels probably take better care of their house, tend to be more analytical and price their home less emotionally, etc.Nobody is saying it's not a value-add.

@Tony GaultneyProbably not a great plan, because here in Minneapolis on lake street, a lot of the businesses have been burned down due to the violent riots and even apartment complexes have been destroyed leaving people homeless.
