I’m sure I could have done a better job vetting them out but I was newer and trying to with what knowledge I had at that time.  

The LP investors thought process is they make millions per year at job or business and do not have time for deep dive into every nook and cranny with a syndicator offering.

You can hire a cleaner to clean, charge the tenant who left the space dirty and not leave your high-paying job to do low-wage work.
