I am grateful for all of the people who have taken the time to respond in regards to brainstorming on how this goal could be achieved and for the benefit of all of the knowledge of the different investors on this site.I have read many books on real estate in the past and was very disappointed that most authors were more interested in making money off books than teaching about real estate investing.

It was disappointing to see the direction this thread took with the interaction between Chris and James, however I appreciate Jay taking the time to interject.I think James read more into Chris' program due to his statement: "The notion that someone can spend zero dollars and put in zero time because you have developed an automated process is pie in the sky."

In their mind they imagined the house perfect, and after renting it our for 4-5 years(most of the time with cash flow) , they were disappointed about the wear and tear.

The funds take about 5 days to transfer which can be disappointing but the upside is you decide when the rent is due and it shows a status of the funds as it occurs.
