Have you considered the idea of house hacking as an option?

I'm curious what your skeptism is about this practice considering you've been in the REI world a while.  

You may consider terminating the lease depending on how much time remains, your skills, the legal system, and other factors.Based on what you've said, I am concerned there's someone else occupying the home or something else is going on.

You want to consider the quality of tenants you get and being in a central area means people can get to their jobs / school conveniently.

I will totally not ever consider such an idea...Thank you!
