As a professional Boston area investor, I continually hear of Chinese and other international investors from decelerating/unstable economies, many with weakening currencies, driving up the prices of new-build, Class A residential assets.  

You know, STR and crypto have something in common, or at least their more fervent supporters do.

It also provides a better handling of multi-currency, Canadian GIFI and Canadian & International taxation that we experienced with Quickbooks (or SimplyAccounting).

But I see what you’re saying about the risk of the bitcoin value dropping.Some countries are already fully adopting bitcoin as apart of their currency.

The US is a heavily debt burdened country, with a devaluing currency, who’s GDP is at historical lows.

With interest rates, currencies and property prices moving so quickly right now, I'm starting to look again at the London market which I haven't done in a few years.

Sofi is fingers into everything from their start at farming Stanford student loans: crypto, banking, stock brokerage, banks through other partner banks (Meta/EastWest/Wells...), Insurance which today is a nightmare, and their what they call SofiRelay which is a tap into one agency without the legs and arms.

LOLI could see them literally burning up 100amps if they had crypto miners, in which case the place would be a loud sauna…

Personally, I don't believe in Crypto but then I'm a troglodyte that pays my taxes.
