@Nicole W.If you use laminate with a high density core and a wear rating of AC4/AC5 - essentially commercial grade - you should not have wear issues or problems with occasional moisture.

So as population and incomes increase you have to add onto existing buildings or tear down and build with more density and higher to be able to handle and absorb the increase in population.You could have a 10 million Walgreens in urban core.
