Being a sales agent that only works with investors is one of the most fun and financially rewarding roles I've ever had.

This can be intimidating at first, but also extremely rewarding.

I'll also add:The incredible thing about vacation rentals is creativity gets rewarded.

I drove up to see it last week and really loved it - it's a nice and quaint plot of land, the house needs lots of TLC that I can do 95% my own, and it just seems like a really charming place to escape to during summer/fall weekends for a change of scenery.

I do not believe in rewarding bad tenants and potentially sticking a subsequent LL with tenants that have been rewarded for being terrible tenants and with no indication of their discretions.  

Great share - it's been very rewarding to watch you grow your network and learn - amazing how much life can change in such a short time period.

I would love to reward this agent with a deal, but I'm just not sure if roping him into the deal for the sake of making him some money makes sense.
