Karen aka Bill the Cat,  while I think Dave Ramsey offers a brilliant service I don't believe 100% in what he says, especially when he's being a bit hypocritical such as when saying a 15 year mortgage is okay in certain situations.  

She is brilliant as a marketing executive but lacks strong money management skills.

technology that weeds out busy's, drops a voice mail, and allows you to do less manual labor with your fingers, and outsource-able is brilliant..

Boy do I have to say, that this is the most brilliant website for Real Estate.

When pressed for tough answers I've found many responses to be rather evasive or vague - a sure way to get a "dial tone" from me :-) One in particular had gotten into a 'program' that was rather brilliant (at least from an outside perspective once you saw how the thing was actually structured)... essentially an internship that the intern PAYS the sponsor to learn the ropes, then go out and hustle your contacts for funds in exchange to be a GP - and sign a note!

@Derek Gendig, @Jeb Brilliant, @Aleks Gifford: Interesting to see that the Indy crowd responded to their keyword alert on this post where others didn't.

I also surround myself with other brilliant investors/landlords both from BP and from my own circle so I can draw on their rich experience.
