I went to a free 'guru" session designed to rope you in for more expensive real estate education.  

I was optimistic and agreed to it because we were in the Spring market, low inventory, in a great school district, and the mortgage rates were coming down.She was also adamant about not allowing any Open House sessions (I've sold several properties to buyers who came to my Open House...very popular on Staten Island). 

If there is anyone who is willing to share knowledge for an hour long webex session, I will be willing to pay for your time to gain knowledge.

It won't necessarily happen over night and it's something we're definitely keeping an eye on and address with our forecasting and strategic planning sessions.

So appreciate and value the content that Pace has given in the sessions!

My preference is to record our session, but it is not necessary. 

I let her know I will be calling an exterminator and scheduled  a session on July 29th.
