I would set up an appointment one day with your tenants and review this clause (or if you don't have one, or it's not very strong, draft an addendum that clarifies the matter), go over it in detail, and if using the addendum, both sign it in person and make them a copy.You want to explain the boundaries in a professional manner and memorialize it in writing. 

How do you guys that live here EVER get to an appointment on time?

My uncle and I are setting up a lot of appointments with different buyers agents now.

I recently learned that he has been bringing his kids (11 & 13) to appointments when meeting with sellers. 

Don't accept the application, and cancel the appointment.  

Sometimes I will call her to arrange appointments for a few as soon as I see them come up and then drive by and call her to cancel if they aren't worth her coming out. 

You never know what judge might be appointed next election.Recently here, the Recorder's Office set new recording standards, the margins of documents changed overnight with an effective date to conform.
