You can search for it in the Google Chrome Webstore or on YouTube.It looks like it basically plugs into your Gmail and combs through your messages to pull all of your active deals, neatly file them into a "Folio" folder, organize different dates like closings or inspections, and also create a simple landing page for your clients to visit and keep up to date on important dates and documents.I have no affiliation with this app.

One can be close-by to your current market, one you shouldhave a certain familiarity with (i.e. friend or family member lives there), another maybe you lived in at a previous time, and another that you have no affiliation with but piques your interest.  

In order of our success:1) Zillow2) cozy (it’s a site that also lists on realtor.com and a few other affiliate sites...and is great for in house property management 3) Craigslist4) Facebook marketplace5) Facebook buy/sell groups in your rental area 6) blasting realtors who have had multiple transactions (see Zillow for transactions list) Hope this helps.

@Jonathan Cox I have a realtor who has been in the business for 18 years, works a lot with investors, knows the economics and driving forces of it, and her familiarity with the local market and affiliation with property management makes her a valuable resource.

I'm not affiliated with either, but for commercial loans I use a variety of lenders.

Is the feed from the National Association of Realtors and affiliated with almost every MLS, I found you are after comps, Realtor.com as much a small I I don’t care for it (I am a Realtor) it is the most comprehensive without direct access.
