In Texas there are bylaws that do restrict the numbers of unrelated adults that may occupy a single dwelling (6) per City Code as well as no more than 3 times the number of adult tenants per bedroom per Texas Property Code.

I would assume Round Rock is pretty close to Austin rules, but per City Code:City land use code allows no more than 6 unrelated adults per dwelling.

People with pre-existing conditions are a priority population, as are adults over age 65.

Given that the unit is occupied by 2 adult males I doubt anyone will be willing to share their room with another adult.

@Brian WigginsThe current non-related-adults occupancy limit in Denver is 2, which is nuts.

Your lease likely has a provision for this in which it will require any adult present in the home for more than X days to be on the lease.
