electric panel is made by Federal Pacific - it is a fire and safety hazard and must be replaced by doing a panel swap ($1K - $2.5K) electricity in the house is ungrounded - in order to pass section 8 inspections, electric must be TRIPLE grounded.

and without the service about $111/ month ( for 4). as @Charlie Price mentioned, i would try and get a change machine in there, for convenience for the tenants and you can swap out the quarters from the machines to the bills in the change machine ( i did that exact thing for the same reasons at my student rental). i would also look into machines that take cards as well, mine are coin only but may be looking to see if i can add cards.

Hey guys, wishing all the best during this crazy period, but it is a good time to settle down to rethink all the past.One year ago, I invest a single-family house for short-term rental has 6 bedrooms in Emerald Island, Kissimmee, with a one-year growth, I almost got a full booking calendar in Airbnb, but still receive negative cash flow almost every month after that, right now I really hesitate to still insist with short term rental or just switch to Long term rental in Orlando metro area. 1. for property management is the 10% commission, but the manager will charge extra $25 per hour for almost everything needed for traveling(like swap light bulb), so might produce150 bucks every month extra besides the commission2.

With at TIC, each can take his/her proceeds and go their own way in acquiring replacement property, or realign their percentages differently in a new joint acquisition (you may hear about "drop and swaps," but I wouldn't go there).
