Their scope of work does not include appliances which I do need and that would be a stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove.

It is on the higher end and am looking for a stainless steel kitchen appliance set (French door fridge, dishwasher, range, over the range microwave) and having trouble finding a complete set that is available or will be soon.

There's a layer of dirt everywhere, it reeks of smoke, and when I opened the stove (a nice, stainless steel and relatively new stove), my hand was sticky!.

Current standards do require steel attachments(seismic retrofitting) at the post and pier connections;although, this type of floor framing was common during theconstruction era of this property.

In the past year I have been paying off some of the mortgages in lump sums due to the relatively higher interest rates and to not take up “golden ticket” slots with small mortgages ($50k mortgage with 5% interest for example).

Estimated at least 20-30 slots.... more if we clear out some of the lumber

I would just buy land right now, no zoning, no covenants, wait for these ridiculous lumber and steel prices to sober up, and build.

Wood prices have tripled during that time and steel prices have doubled.
