I'm thinking of getting my SEO person to send it out all over the web!!

It's better if you don't use the company's because agent turnover is very high and you don't want to lose all your hard-earned online assets (SEO ranking, link building, reputation, domain name) when you switch.

Check out any webmaster or SEO forum or blog and you'll be able to learn more about that type of thing.

And as far as improving a site, it is probably wise to find someone to help seo/advice you on your site.

One comment would be that for SEO purposes you should have H1 tags on the page.

You really need to make use of SEO (search engine optimization) so you get good exposure.

We've invested in SEO and adwords etc over the years and are focusing now more on personal contact with people rather than search engines, I'm not techy, I hope this make sense.Thanks again.RegardsNate

Then again I do branded marketing, so it might be different if you are doing yellow letters/average joe type marketing.I would use wordpress, if you blog on it often, add video and keep updating content on it, it will have better long term SEO potential than some of those other platforms.  

Large looming concerns: quality/ attitude/ dependability of client (the broker) support, capabilities of the design/ development/ SEO/ dependability of company/ Etc.… Yes, searched high searched low – online reviews – take most with a grain of salt.
