It's better if you don't use the company's because agent turnover is very high and you don't want to lose all your hard-earned online assets (SEO ranking, link building, reputation, domain name) when you switch.

Then again I do branded marketing, so it might be different if you are doing yellow letters/average joe type marketing.I would use wordpress, if you blog on it often, add video and keep updating content on it, it will have better long term SEO potential than some of those other platforms.
