It's like going to the movies and having to sit through commercials.In my experience, VRBO guests will take much better care of the property.

I personally have friends who are horror movie and Halloween fanatics, who would see it as a bonus.

On the outside, this property looked like a life-sized doll house, but on the inside it was more like a 1950s horror movie.

Look at your competition hotels, motels, etc. they all have cable.Like everyone is saying the price of TVs is very low so buy one, the only problem I could guess is losing the remotes.I would at least get basic cable you should be able to get at very low price news, weather, movies, stocks,sports .

Instead of going to the movies or the bars, spend your time reading and listening to pod casts for free, and start running the numbers on places.

I’m sure most of you have seen the movie Pacific Heights.

But, if you've ever seen Rudy or Pursuit of Happiness my movie still has another hour to go.

This house is not in a flood zone, a mile from the beach, new movie theater and mall, and is the area is growing quickly. 

Unfortunately, it's a company with the same name as a popular movie (so as to be almost Google-proof) and their listed mailing address is that of the management company I want to try to replace. 

They do things commando style, reminds me of the first Rambo movie :).
