My name is Jason and I'm in the beginning stages of partnering with the City of Amarillo, TX to construct multifamily homes for low to moderate income families.

I invest in moderate to extensive renovations, SFR new construction, and residential subdivisions.

It's not like Josh has a team of people moderating posts and removing unfavorable content. 

I never visited that area but know and visited near that area, i know that the area is a moderate to high crime area. and i also know that for that area they do maintain consistent blue collar/factory type jobs. so as a rental area i think from what i have learned thus far, is that this is a good rental area barring the crime. where i choked was the distance, and started thinking how will i maintain it from a distance.my questions i guess would be. those who have experienced similar situations what did you do?

The one in Coeur d'Alene is different because the moderator tries to bring one or two new local speakers/investors to share with the group.

Not so for moderate to nice properties, which is what I buy, so I have to buy right.

I was particularly drawn to the statistics on the back which stated that more than half of homeless Veterans contacted by the VA have either a drug or alcohol dependence and a majority have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness.
