The definition of Other non-interest income is:All non interest income of the bank not required to be reported elsewhere, including (but exclusive to):1.Income and fees from the rental of safe deposit boxes;2.Income and fees from the sale of checks, money orders, cashiers' checks, and travelers' checks; 3.Income and fees from the use of the bank's ATMs;4.Income from performing data processing services for others;5.Earnings on or other increases in the value of the cash surrender value of bank-owned life insurance policies;6.Rent and other income from Real Estate Owned.Alas, using the Statistics on Depository Institutions Report page doesn't provide granularity to see just the Rent and other income from Real Estate Owned.

I am currently marketing by direct mail and bandit signs in Massachusetts but if like to market and get some deals in New Hampshire because I love there but I'm not very familiar with properties in nh since I've only lived there for about 5 yrs.

Ask and you shall receive- Was just on the Institutional Property Advisors - Marcus & Millichap Research call who shared this chart of the top and bottom 10 markets for 2014 completions forecast and the percent of current inventory that the new completions will represent: So for those 20 metros we can do a little math; dividing the number of completions by the completions as a % of inventory to get the size of the market and then match that against the number of permits from above to get a sense of what's coming in terms of new supply.
