Bookkeepers who serve REIs have to have a good amount of U.S. tax code knowledge or at least have to know where to find the info.You're not going to get this for $4/hr.I think outsourcing other activities to other countries to take advantage of exchange rates can be effective but do yourself a favor and don't do this with your bookkeeping/accounting/tax advisory/tax filing/etc (anything financial).Just like Kristen Ambrose, we see really screwed-up bookkeeping records from these types of situations all the time.

I filed a claim with bank but bank mentioned they will try to recover the money if there is money in the amount. but its not guaranteed.

for the FWIW file and congrats on selling your bizz thats a nice payday.most of the folks I have done bizz with over the years that are very liquid will buy as high end of rentals as they can IE A class and put professional management in there. many states require on site manager over a certain amount of units as well.. so the PM is really managing this employee that is mandatory for you to have.. this could work well for you you manage the on site manager let them do the dirty work and you stay engaged and gives you something to do.. good luck with it..
