The attic alone has 4 bedrooms + storage room.

I can't remember exactly but I believe the  basement had an old coal storage room the original owner turned into a basketball court :) Can't wait to see the awesome remodel pics once completed. 

For example, bad septic, underground storage tank, etc.

Additionally, I have been given full autonomy to use the property for legal income purposes including partial unit rental, rv parking, storage, horse boarding... anything that offsets project or holding costs.

We recently acquired a building in downtown Dayton, and are in the process of converting the empty building into self storage. 

It said that if anyone had their storage unit burglarized in the last few weeks, to contact the police, stating they had caught the culprit, and had found some of the recently reported stolen goods.  

It's not about your rights as a tenant when it comes to other housing and storage because your landlord isn't putting this on you; you're requesting it be done. 

We make sure everything is on the job, or in storage nearby before work starts. 

AND we will move into the smaller house (but has an immense about of storage).Inspection was Tuesday. 

The first thing I'd recommend is education to understand the different types of investing (multi-family, syndications, SFH, storage units, etc.) and understanding what a good deal looks like.
