Any recommendations for the best affordable Insurance for Landlords (rental properties)I currently have ASI (American Strategic Insurance) a Progressive company, but I am wondering what others have found to be affordable.

So, we found one or two that were hungrier than the rest and had a desire to grow a family business, one where we'd be giving them the work.

I only found two companies, and the rates are outrageous.I welcome any advice on the type of insurance to get and what companies offer reasonable rates in Florida. 

They didnt refi, then tried to sell because they found repairs they apparently didn’t know about.
