Uconn Law (while not Yale), is pretty good, and Elizabeth Park and the surrounding neighborhoods make it just about the most desirable place in the city..

Hi Elizabeth, I'm in the DC metro market and here I think most contractors estimate between $100-$125/sq foot for a 3000 sq ft house with medium-tier finishes.
