Currently doing a project in Bowie, I'm not liking how the weather has started but I'm going to make this a great year.I brought a house in Columbia heights from a home owner who house had been purchased from a tax sale and we closed just before the lawyers were trying to foreclose.Taxes, interest and lawyer fees total about 16k on top of that the guy owed 41k to the irs.
