But the way I look at this example is I go to the supermarket I pay on time, bag my own groceries, carry my food out to the car and still the super market raises prices on food.

also the garage .. its not impossible to find that setup but it is more rare. it pulls -$50 per car spot off the rent or -$100 with no garage. that's accounted for with the rental comp.As far as the rear access being make or break im asking you guys on that one. that's the part im not sure about. its an otherwise great deal except these cost cutting measures by the builder. i didn't notice this before walking it yesterdayIm afraid im falling in love with the numbers and these weird things with the property will attract a lessor tenant than i want to deal with and ill be stuck in a nightmare property like i hear about people falling into on accident because they thought the numbers on paper were so much better but the property was crap and nobody wanted it . that's what im afraid of i guess.i did do extensive research on this particular neighborhood so i am familiar with the stats and boots on ground type as i live pretty close about 30 min .

So... if all is the same and the only thing a yearly lease do is 'bind' YOU then why not go month-to-month... and in fact since month-to-month automatically renews there is no 'event' for the Tenant to shop around every year.

Anyways, I couldn’t choose my own appraiser, I had to use theirs ($900) I was gonna meet the appraiser at the house the day of but his car broke down so I wasn’t able to meet him and he went by the day after while I was tied up.

In MHP's they are regulated like cars rather than real estate, but the renovation is mostly the same (sans foundation issues, and structural issues if leave the outside walls intact).

Just like with electric cars, nobody wants to talk about the true costs, the poor people (aka: slaves) digging up the materials, the damage caused by the manufacturing process, that solar only survives because our government steals money from its citizens to prop up the entire industry, involvement of Communist China, etc.If you want to use this technology to feel better about your carbon footprint, go for it.
