Why do they need a virtual office and anonymity so that you can’t physically visit them?

Most code enforcement offices will take anonymous tips.  

For my own sanity (it is extremely stressful to have the new folks pressuring you) I would wait to promise the ready date until these guys move and you have a handle on what needs to be done to turn the unit.Another thing I do in my ads (aside from saying 'we check references') is ask a few questions and allow folks to respond at first by anonymous e-mail only.  

In fact, actual listings could (should) be anonymized: the tool would be mostly for investors and policymakers to understand long-term trends. 

In this age of being able to find everything on-line at a discount and anonymously, I understand why some think this is appropriate, but private lending is still a business based on relationships.

What is the point of networking and building up a good name if you are anonymous.
