I have a strong background in sales and business development, with years of experience driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and closing deals.

A vacant house across the street from one I just purchased was also for sale at 51k.

So, we bought the property 2 years ago, based on the valuation of the property considering income from 6 units.The sale deeds (from 2018- 3 sales) I could get from the City and the property tax statements (2023,2024) show that the property is zoned as 411 (apartments).

It is in livable condition but needs cosmetic repairs.We are currently paying $1600 on a $220k mortgage and we want to sell and move to this home, but we would only net about $7-10k on the sale of our home. 

That's fine I was just wondering but do you have any you could recommend?

Maybe just piss him off so he forces a sale if the property.

We did consider/evaluate that option, and have done multiple flips, but at those points have been under contract since New Year's Eve and carrying costs for another 2-3 months without a guaranteed sale is not the risk we want to assume.

I see you guys are having issues as investors, wondering if anyone has had experience on the consumer side?
