I have been to several meetups lately and there have been several comments about several deals with Western Wealth Capital running into trouble recently, but no one could give me any specifics.

We are in the Western Suburbs of Chicago.

My full time job is a real estate agent at new western so I see alot of distressed homes that are good for fix and flips or BRRRRs if you ever want to talk about the market down here in san antonio or see what we have going on feel free to reach out. 

There is a product offered by All Western Mortgage that is designed intentionally as you're describing. 

A good hotel management group makes your breaks your hotel.I focus in ground up hotel development here in the Western US.  

If you are missing these resources, again you are competing against "experts" in those markets and they have an advantage over you.I'm in Raleigh, but I invest in Western NC (4 hours from me), coast of NC, (2.5 hours away), CA, and IL.

@Michael Ewers - I know New Western is looking to host some in the area.

We like Western Wayne County for LTR because of the responsiveness of the courts, high wages relative to rent levels, and access to a lot of quality contractors.
