Hi John,I like playing with raw land, too, in Snohomish county, WA, just north of Seattle. 

I know this post is a little old and not sure if you went through with your ADU construction yet, but my partner does ADU ground up construction in the LA area.

When things are difficult in 2024, you buy less, but you are still looking.I like the analogy of a runner.
