Even little things like ALL of their social media links (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) on their webpage just lead right back to their webpage. 

Not to mention that with Airbnb there are certain web pages you CANNOT get to through the menus.  

For me that book was written in a different reality, so I discarded that idea, thinking to build wealth with my wage and eventually be able to buy my home... never happened.Some 18 months ago, I came across a webpage in Mexico "ViveDeLasRentas.com" (live from your rents).

Here is a listing from Mpls' webpage, a bedroom must be 70 square feet: https://www2.minneapolismn.gov/business-services/licenses-permits/construction-permits-certificates/building-requirements/habitable-room-definitions/  The definition doesn't list 7 feet but anything under 7 feet would probably be looked at as a closet by most people looking to live there.  

Is there a FB page or other web pages out there to connect with GC and contractors? 

You may look at the web page or talk to a lender or rep to understand their basic underwriting criterion on DCR, Net assets, down etc.

You want your webpage (I have 20+ yrs IT) to return from keywords TDY,  basename, crashpad etc.

Scan the webpage of the local papers, business paper.
