Beyond that I could name a ton of tangible site benefits of subscriptions like all the calculators, discounts with partners like Home Depot, the great reports and webinars with tons of data on current markets and trends or the landlord forms just to name a few. 

I've seen sooo many webinars and don't know who to trust.

In the early stages, they will often email a business plan and/or hold a webinar describing the investment. 

Otherwise, the training materials such as books, podcasts, webinars, etc. are so floofy and sugar-coated that I most definitely could have accidentally jumped off a cliff!

I've read several books, listened to hundreds of podcast's and watched dozens of webinar and BP YouTube videos in preparation for my first investment.

I've been watching webinars, reading books, and listening to podcasts to try and learn about this whole process.

1) Communicating with property mangers on tenant issues, vacancies, etc. 2) Listening to/Attending Webinars regarding real estate investing3) Driving for dollars4) Searching MLS and online for on-market deals5) Working on the business's social media accounts 6) Posting and reading through real estate forums (Such as this one) for real estate purposes (finding deals, educational purposes, etc.)
