My opinion is folks will start moving the the north part of town (not in Birmingham city proper) such as Gardendale, Fultondale, Morris, Mount Olive, Kimberly, and Warrior.    

If you intend to hold it in just your name you are probably fine, if you want you can add your spouse fairly easily, just call the county, they'll know exactly what to do, instead of having us forum warriors make educated guesses.
